1. The Kortex website
You can browse the public Kortex library without creating an account. Standard hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
2. Browser tools and local records
Kortex browser tools are designed to keep working records in your browser or on your device. A tool may contact an official public source when its feature requires current information, such as a recall lookup. Clearing browser storage can remove locally stored records.
3. Product-interest updates
If you choose to follow an app, we process the email address, selected product, and language submitted through the form so we can understand interest and send meaningful updates. We use an email-delivery provider to transmit those messages. We do not sell this information.
4. Purchases and optional online services
Optional checkout, licensing, AI, CRM, map, advertising, app-store, or safety-data features may use third-party providers. Those providers process the information needed to deliver the feature under their own privacy terms. Kortex does not receive full payment-card numbers from payment processors.
5. Your choices and deletion requests
You can avoid optional online features, revoke device permissions, clear local browser data, or stop following product updates. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email [email protected] or [email protected].
6. Security, children, and changes
We use encrypted connections and reasonable access controls for online services. Kortex products are not directed to children under 13 unless a product-specific notice clearly states otherwise. We may update this page as the library changes and will post the revised date here.
