1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Kortex website and browser tools provided by Kortex. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

2. Limited permission to use Kortex products

Kortex grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the website and browser tools for lawful purposes. You may not resell, copy, disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with a product except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Kortex products to violate law, infringe rights, invade privacy, distribute malicious material, overload a service, bypass security, misrepresent evidence, or harm another person. You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing results before relying on or sharing them.

4. Local records, exports, and backups

Many browser tools keep records on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any exports or backups you need. Clearing browser storage, replacing a device, browser behavior, or device failure may remove local records. Kortex does not guarantee permanent storage unless a feature expressly offers it.

5. Third-party information and services

Some features rely on official public feeds, maps, AI services, payment processors, app stores, advertising providers, CRM providers, or other third parties. Their information can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and their terms may also apply. Kortex products are tools, not legal, medical, financial, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

6. Purchases and licenses

If a paid feature is offered, the price and billing period are shown before checkout. Payment processors and app stores handle payment information. Except where law requires otherwise, digital purchases and activated licenses are governed by the refund rules shown at checkout or by the applicable store.

7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Kortex products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Results may contain errors and features may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kortex disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Intellectual property and changes

Kortex and its licensors retain rights in the products, branding, software, and original content. We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
