Permitted use

You may use the Kortex web tools for lawful personal and business organization. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of information you enter.

Safety and evidence limitations

Recall results can be incomplete, delayed, or overly broad. Verify model, lot, UPC, date, and official notice details before acting. Evidence packets organize user-provided information but do not authenticate it, establish legal admissibility, or provide legal, insurance, medical, financial, or housing advice.

Local storage

Browser clearing, device loss, private browsing, storage limits, or software changes can remove local records. Export important records and maintain your own backups.

Paid upgrades

A valid, active license is required for paid features. One-time purchases cover the described version of the purchased feature. Subscription access ends when the subscription or associated license expires. Checkout, refunds, taxes, and payment disputes are also governed by the checkout provider's terms.

Availability

The tools are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
