All operations performed by the App—including scanning your contacts list, detecting duplicate entries, matching phonetic names, and correcting formatting layouts—are executed entirely on your physical device. No contact names, numbers, emails, addresses, or profile pictures are ever transmitted to external servers or accessed by third parties.

To deliver local features, the App requests access to the following device components:
- Contacts Access: Necessary to scan, format, and merge duplicates directly within your device's address book.
- Camera Access: Optional, used exclusively if you scan paper business cards to extract text details locally onto a contact card.
- Photo Library: Optional, used strictly to let you pick and apply custom contact avatar photos.
