Records created in Kortex Brew, Deposit, Focus, Guide, Memo, Proof, and Return are stored in your browser. Kortex does not receive those records unless you deliberately send them to us.
Official recall searches
Pantry Safety sends the product words you search to the public openFDA service. Recall sends product search words to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission service. Saved watch entries remain in your browser.
Files and exports
Files attached to local records remain in browser storage. Evidence Pack reports are generated locally in your browser. Clearing site data can permanently remove these records, so export important information first.
Purchases and licenses
If you purchase an upgrade, the checkout provider processes payment and tax information under its own privacy terms. Kortex sends a submitted license key and a browser instance label to the license provider to activate or validate access. The website stores the resulting entitlement in this browser.
Your choices
Each tool lets you review, export, and delete local entries. You can also remove all Kortex browser data through your browser settings.
