1. Route data
No account is required. Stops, notes, rehearsal progress, settings, and route cards are stored in local SQLite storage. The app rejects student names and sensitive-person columns. Kortex does not send imported route content to its servers.
2. Maps and file access
Document access is requested only when you choose CSV import. When an external map or waypoint provider is used, it may receive the visible map area or lookup requested by the feature under that provider's own policy. The app is not commercial turn-by-turn navigation.
3. Optional purchases and advertising
If Pro access is enabled, RevenueCat and the relevant app store may process purchase and restore information. Google Mobile Ads may process device or advertising information on supported surfaces. Neither provider receives imported student data from Kortex.
4. Crash diagnostics
Crashlytics may receive limited technical diagnostics such as app version, build, route, feature, and generic error context. It does not receive route cards, addresses, or user-entered notes.
