1. Information we collect
Kortex Filters collects the photos you explicitly choose to submit for editing. We do not access your photo library without your permission. The app may also process basic device, app, and advertising information needed to operate the app and show ads.
2. How we use your information
Selected photos are transmitted securely to our backend services, including Google Cloud and Gemini, solely to apply the edits you request. We do not use your photos to train our models or for unrelated advertising or profiling.
3. Storage and retention
Processed photos are intended to be handled temporarily and returned to your device. We do not intentionally maintain a permanent photo library on our servers. You control the copies saved on your device and should remove any exported content you no longer want.
4. Third-party services
Google Cloud and Gemini support requested image processing. Google AdMob may process device or advertising information to display and measure ads under its own policies. App stores and payment providers may process transaction information for purchases or access.
5. Security and choices
We use encrypted connections for supported online processing. You can stop using the app, revoke photo permissions in your device settings, or contact us about a privacy request. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The newest version will be posted at this URL with a new update date.
