Privacy Policy

1. Local game data

Untwist does not require an account. Campaign progress, daily streaks, hints, settings, language selection, personal bests, and resumable sessions are stored locally on the device. The game does not upload puzzle state, replay codes, photos, contacts, or message text to Kortex.

2. Crash reporting and optional platform services

Crashlytics may receive limited technical diagnostics needed to identify crashes and improve stability: package ID, app version, build code, route, feature, and native technical context. It does not receive puzzle state, user-entered content, or secrets.

Platform score features are optional and only operate when a supported, authenticated platform service is configured by the release. Those services may process the account or score information required by their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Advertising

Google Mobile Ads is used in the game source for a banner on non-play menus and an optional rewarded deep hint. The current source is test-mode only; a release may use approved production ad identifiers. The advertising SDK may process device or advertising information to serve and measure ads under its own policies. Gameplay state is not used by Kortex to build an advertising profile.

4. Your choices and deletion

You can play offline, disable optional ad surfaces where the app provides that control, reset local progress from the app's settings, or revoke device permissions. Platform sign-in and score submission are optional and controlled by the platform account and device settings.
