1. Local simulation data
Backstage Ops does not require an account. Fictional route demand, vehicles, staff, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. The game does not collect real transit routes, employee records, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or precise location.
2. Diagnostics and advertising
When enabled in a release build, Crashlytics may receive limited technical diagnostics such as app version, build, route, feature, and generic crash context. It does not receive simulation records or user-entered content. Optional Google Mobile Ads surfaces may process device or advertising information under the provider's policies; ads are not based on fictional simulation data.
3. Your choices and deletion
You can play offline, decline optional ad surfaces, revoke permissions, reset progress in the app, or clear the app's data from device settings. Clearing local data removes the simulation records from that device.
