1. What Kortex Captions does

Kortex Captions helps users analyze photos and create captions, hashtags, and other creative writing suggestions. Users choose the photos and text they submit, review the generated results, and decide whether to save or share them.

2. Content and age-related boundaries

The app does not intentionally provide sexual, graphic, gambling, or otherwise age-restricted content as a core feature. It is a general-purpose creative tool, so user-submitted photos, connected social content, or generated suggestions may vary. Users are responsible for reviewing results before sharing them and must not use the app to create unlawful, exploitative, abusive, or sexually explicit content involving minors.

Because the app can connect with social platforms and may display advertising or offer paid features, we recommend that users under 13 do not use it. Teens should use the app with a parent or guardian’s awareness where required by local law.

3. Safety, privacy, and sharing

Photo-library and camera access are optional and requested only when needed for a feature. Social connections and sharing are user-initiated. Kortex uses provider safety controls and product safeguards for supported AI processing, but no automated system is perfect. Report urgent child-safety concerns through our Child Safety Standards.
