Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

At Kortex, we are fully committed to creating a safe environment across our entire suite of applications, including Kortex Captions. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Kortex strictly prohibits the generation, uploading, sharing, or promotion of any content that constitutes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploits children in any manner. Any accounts found in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently terminated.

2. Content Moderation

Our applications utilize automated moderation via integrated APIs (such as Google Gemini's safety filters and Meta's Graph API safeguards) to proactively block the processing of harmful imagery and text before it is generated or shared. We continually update our safeguards to align with industry best practices and global safety standards.

3. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Kortex complies with all relevant child safety laws. If we become aware of CSAM or related illegal activities, we are legally required to and will immediately report such instances to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate regional law enforcement authorities.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior within Kortex Captions or any associated Kortex service that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately to our designated safety team:

Contact Email: [email protected]

We review all reports with the highest priority and will take immediate action to remove the content and report the offender to the relevant authorities.

5. Continuous Commitment

We are dedicated to working alongside industry partners and child safety organizations to combat exploitation and ensure that Kortex remains a safe, positive tool for all users.
